dc.description.abstract | The study delves deep into the finances of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare to analyse if an increase in public spending will remedy the waning healthcare sector of India. Using a Health System‘s Approach the study finds that India needs to use the ‗four control knobs‘ of financing, organisation, payments and regulation, effectively to achieve significant gains out of existing and proposed higher public spending. | en_US |
