dc.description.abstract Teachers are the most crucial component of the education system, yet their behavior and motivation is surprisingly understudied. This research aimed to understand the understand the intrinsic, contextual, normative and behavioral aspects which govern school teacher motivation in low income schools. We establish relationships between teacher motivation and intrinsic generosity and analyzed the combination of factors which cause and inhibit motivation. en_US
